2013, a year plenty of adventures, incidents and greats feats, actually for our company, has been a season full of emotions, hard working and learning, a period where always we have tried to make sense of our activity and a positive experience in each one of our corporate events projects.
So, this 2013, was very special for Evento Empresa BCN thank to all of those experiences that make us learn how to have to work a team, a company, or a corporation to flow happiness, preciseness and optimism.
Our dedication in corporate events
Along this year, we carry out some magnitude projects that marked a before and after in our company. All executed by the maximum caress, care, attention and dedication in order to provide at each one to do one’s bit that takes to make an event special and distinctive.
Projects than have been made possible thank to the great team that Evento Empresa BCN has, a workforce conceived and designed to project ideas, dreams and objectives.
A review of some of our landmarks of this 2013
This year in Evento Empresa BCN we lived all kind of celebrations. One that we really enjoyed was a sporting event that we organized for Allianz, it was a competition through 10 different sports that aimed to select the best Spanish employees to compete in some international Olympiads organized by the company every four years.
Moreover we had the opportunity to organize a gorgeous outdoor Family day for TE Connectivity where employees and their families were invited. The event hosted 1.200 people and there were activities for everyone: human table soccer, sports simulators, video game console, bouncy castles, drawing competition, face painting, popcorn trolley, cotton candy and hot dogs, live music, and a large selection of gastronomy for all tastes.
In addition, we were able to work next to one of the most important national sportive federation in Barcelona in order to planning a congress that will take place provably in 2015.
Actually, we collaborate whith a charitable event for the AECC, and with RC Sport in order to encourage the intercompany Football 7 tourney in Barcelona.
But our knowledge achieved during this year has not only been achieved with the event organization. Also we carry out different strategies and commercial studies to analyzing the skills and the possible evolution of companies.
We had the opportunity to analyze the viability of an e-commerce project for Swarovski Islazul in Madrid and to make a market research on the yes/no participation at Mobile Word Congress. This last project, it allowed us to design a parallel event about the technological trends for the top 10 of the sector.
As well as, we designed with the aid of our contributor Marta Aymerich a project for the luxury trade in Barcelona looking at the personalized advice on fashion, food, art and tourism.
In the same way, we designed different team building activities and incentives in Barcelona for customers such as Philips, vLex, Hilton, FEMAREC. In addition, we offered complementary services for a few corporate events requested by el Banco de España, Pimkie, Jafep, Innovartion Group and Abertis in Barcelona.
However, in the event planning business there are many facts such as Technology, Marketing strategy and SEO/SEM that have also been part of our annual work to give that value added that makes an event become special.
Other examples of our work have been designing exhibition stands, the analysis of the competition system of the sporting events in Barcelona, the design of marketing strategies and SEO, conducting auditions for musical and artistic performances, the achievement of sponsors to invest in events and organizing conferences for the pharmaceutical companies and insures.
Our honest appreciation
For Evento Empresa BCN this year has been a year full of emotions and experience, a year full of skills and ability by our entire team that has made us very happy.
First of all, we want to express our gratitude for all those persons and business collaborators who made enable these events, people who live for what they do and who enjoy satisfy the other people.
Secondly, we want to express our gratitude for all those customers who trust on our services and have enjoyed them, services than have been key, or to join the components of the company, or to celebrate a party together for goals achieved, incorporation of personal, or integration of the team.
